Hi folks, A quick heads-up. Good news for those who pang after 'The Taste of Bread' by Prof. It is available to buy and download in PDF format from the Springer website (the ebook version only appeared yesterday. I've been enquiring for a couple of months now about when it would be made available). It is dearer than the Amazon kindle version which, from previews, is in black and white, but is in colour and viewable by anything that can read PDF.
I have no links with Springer nor the book. It still ain't cheap, though!
